Visconi has led New Bridge since 2017, having previously served as director of operations at Morristown Medical Center. Her strategy for New Bridge has focused on evaluation of staff, operations and infrastructure; culture assessment via “Dinners with Deb”; and enhanced employee communications through social media, e-mail and intranet. Visconi also expanded behavioral health and addiction services, even arranging for community NARCAN training. She saw New Bridge’s board elect the first woman to serve as chairperson.
