Jensen joined Teladoc in 2021 after serving as chief digital officer and head of technology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. At MSK, he directed information systems, healthcare informatics and data products operations. He started at Teladoc one year into the COVID-19 pandemic and in the first year following a high-profile merger with Livongo and InTouch Health. He immediately put his expertise to work, scaling and integrating teams across product development, engineering, clinical design, analytics and information technology, bringing the three teams together around a shared vision. He leads more than 1,600 diverse professionals, including product managers, engineers, data scientists, infrastructure specialists and physicians.
