Vice president of service lines, Tampa General Hospital
Chew has responsibility for Tampa General’s key service lines, including orthopedics, neurosciences, heart/vascular and women and children. He spearheaded the launch of the Global Emerging Diseases Institute, a collaboration between Tampa General and the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. The institute focuses on research, teaching and clinical care, including treatment of patients suffering from conditions related to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. Since joining Tampa General in 2008, he’s had positions in service lines, materials and operations management.
