In his role at the New York City municipal health system, Siegler has implemented strategies in revenue growth, value-based payment, budgeting and culture change. The result was the elimination of a $1.8 billion structural deficit. Previously at Kaiser Permanente, he worked across the organization’s commercial and government businesses, focusing on public exchanges and large employer groups. Siegler also served on the Obama administration’s Domestic Policy Council, as well as a staff member on multiple congressional committees.
