Since joining Beloit Health in 2013, Kapoor has served as vice president of medical affairs, vice president of clinics and medical director of clinics, before taking on his current role. Kapoor, a dermatologist, helped re-engineer Beloit’s culture and patient experience. His efforts moved the health system’s patient-satisfaction scores from the 16th percentile in December 2020 to the 88th percentile in November 2021. He received his medical training at Stanford University and Harvard Medical School.
