Njau has responsibility for patient care operations across two hospital campuses, including patient and family services and nursing strategy, education and professional development. Previously, she was the director of hospital and nursing operations at Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital, where she led the Health Equity Initiative. She launched her nursing career at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta and has earned recognition for recruitment innovations like having nurse candidates appear before a panel of interviewers. Njau is a native of Kenya.
