Henderson is a champion of front-line innovation at the VA. He helped develop critical business systems, including the Light Electronic Action Framework (LEAF) and the Remote Veteran Sleep Apnea Management Platform (REVAMP). As director for diffusion of excellence, Henderson launched the VHA Diffusion Marketplace, which includes 75 evidence-based innovations complete with implementation guidebooks and a searchable database. The marketplace identifies best practices and makes them available at no cost to healthcare innovators.
