Shadid leads an orthopedic medical group that provides back, shoulder, neck, hand, knee, ankle and foot care to residents in the Chicago area—employing a holistic, personalized approach to treatment. He oversaw the growth of eight offices in the metro area and expanded the group’s referral network by more than 300 physicians. Furthermore, he established clinical research and product development programs, created a model to expand access to the underserved and managed the transition to telemedicine during the COVID-19 pandemic. Shadid also is committed to improving equity in orthopedic care.
