Deitch oversees Ascension’s nursing practice, operations and regulatory responsibilities for all care sites, along with bearing responsibility for several subsidiaries. As a member of Ascension’s leadership team, Deitch is charged with implementing the system’s ABIDE framework, which is built on “appreciation, belongingness, inclusivity, diversity and equity.” She is the past president of the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives; a board member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas; and past regent-at-large of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
