Iyasere leads the Dalio Center’s clinical program development and strategy efforts, which focus on improving quality and access to services across NewYork-Presbyterian. She is working to create an enterprise-wide program to provide innovative care for sickle cell disease, which occurs in about one of every 365 Black or African American births. Iyasere also develops educational resources for staff; gives public talks on the Dalio Center’s work; hosts an annual NewYork-Presbyterian Health Equity Conference; and oversees the Responding to Epidemics and Crises in Health (REACH) Fellowship.
