President and CEO,
Kaiser has led the Catholic health system with 23 hospitals, nearly 300 physician offices and clinics, a pharmacy benefit management unit, a health insurance division and an accountable care organization since 2017. She previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare. She helps drive change by building healthcare coalitions, such as generic drug company Civica Rx, which SSM co-founded with other large health systems. She is also working with Cambridge University to replicate the healthcare utility model at scale worldwide. In 2021, the system partnered with UnitedHealth Group’s Optum with an aim of making high-quality care more accessible and affordable, and advance health equity. In June, Kaiser began a one-year term as board chair of the Catholic Health Association.
