Innovations include creating a graphical user interface-based system with a patient portal and comprehensive health record integrating data on clinical services, mental health, social services, specialty pharmacy, genomics, dental care, payers, retail medicine and workplace health. The closely held company posted $3.8 billion in revenue for 2021. Faulkner signed the Giving Pledge in 2015, agreeing to eventually give 99% of her assets to a private charitable foundation.
