Rimmasch combines her clinical training as a nurse with her executive experience to integrate best practices for improving outcomes and reducing costs through data and analytics tools. She leads the company’s clinical quality analytics operation, overseeing the COVID-19 task force and related products. Under her leadership, the company provided technology services and solutions that helped health systems address some of the operational issues created by the pandemic. The tools and services continue to help hospitals and health systems allocate resources, understand and plan for demand, and deliver improved patient care. Rimmasch joined the company as a senior vice president in 2012. Previously, she was an assistant vice president at Intermountain Healthcare, responsible for clinical services. Health Catalyst says its cloud-based platform is powered by data from more than 100 million patient records.
