In 2020, Children’s Hospital New Orleans launched the High 5 Project, aimed at addressing stigma, sharing resources and building a community focused on mental well-being for all kids. In 2022, the High 5 Project evolved into the more action-focused High 5 Challenge to give families the tools needed to meet the problem of mental health issues among adolescents head on. The team developed a campaign—which included out-of-home, television, radio and paid social ads, along with online displays—all leading to a landing page where visitors were encouraged to download a tool kit. The team saw a download conversion rate of 21% over the course of the campaign.
