Forese made her first showing on Modern Healthcare’s 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare list last year. She has been in her role at New York-Presbyterian since 2015. During the pandemic, she focused on staff morale, holding daily broadcasts with staff. More broadly, she’s led performance-improvement efforts that reduced length of stay and increased HCAHPS scores.
