Warwick helped grow the hospital’s network of multispecialty clinics and retail clinics, which was a major part of St. Luke’s five-year strategic plan. Her role also included expanding the hospital’s ambulatory surgery center footprint. She is among the youngest members of St. Luke’s leadership team and is driving efforts to create a more consumer-centered delivery system. Warwick served as co-leader of the incident command center through 2020 and played a key role in leading the system’s effort to efficiently shut down procedures as COVID-19 cases peaked, and then to ramp services back up.
