Justin Bayless,
36
CEO, Bayless Integrated Healthcare
Bayless left investment banking in 2008 to join his father, a psychologist, who was leading an integrated primary care/behavioral health practice. He took over as CEO when his dad retired in 2010. At the time, the practice was one office and 35 employees in Phoenix. It’s now more than 400 employees, including 215 providers in eight locations, serving a large Medicaid population. Even before the pandemic, the company was a leader in telemedicine, especially at skilled-nursing facilities. In 2018, it became the first provider in Arizona to get URAC accreditation for telehealth.
