It is being used by more than 500 hospitals and health systems, including HCA Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente and Baylor Scott & White Health. During the pandemic, Incredible Health shortened the hiring process for clients to 12 days for permanent nurses, compared with about 90 for the national average. The company also introduced new algorithms that are customizable and provide for better matching on the hospital end.
