Top Diversity Leaders in Healthcare - 2021

A graduate of Novant Health’s Leveraging Internal Female Talent program, Oliver has been an ardent supporter of fostering diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. She’s made sure that the large medical group embeds DEI in its recruiting and retention efforts. Beyond that, she was the executive sponsor of the health system’s Mammography Equity for All initiative. During the pandemic, she worked to ensure that Novant prioritized efforts in undeserved communities that needed screening, testing, close-to-home vaccination sites and other clinical resources. She also put together a plan to ensure large percentages of Novant’s vaccinations were targeted for communities most in need.
