Hazen leads a health system with more than 85 hospitals, 275,000 employees and 2,000 ambulatory care sites in 20 states and the United Kingdom. He previously served as president of operations and president of HCA Healthcare’s Western Group, where he was also chief financial officer. Hazen launched his career as a financial management specialist and a hospital CFO in Georgia and Nevada.
