Before being named CEO, Bolano served as president of Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. Previously she was senior vice president and area manager for Kaiser Permanente. She spent 11 years with Ascension Health, serving as regional CEO for St. Joseph Health System in Bryan/College Station, Texas. She also served as chief operating officer of Carondelet Health Network in Tucson, Arizona, having launched her healthcare career as a nurse.
