Kaiser took the helm of SSM in 2017, bringing more than 30 years of experience in strategy, clinical quality, innovation, partnership and change management. She was executive vice president and chief operating officer for Intermountain Healthcare and served Ascension as a regional executive for its Gulf Coast/Florida region and president and CEO at Sacred Heart Health System in Pensacola, Florida. She serves on several boards, including the Catholic Health Association and Joint Commission Resources.
