Ascension, the nation’s largest Catholic health system, has been a leader in mandating COVID-19 vaccines for employees.

Impicciche previously served as Ascension’s president and chief operating officer, and earlier as executive vice president and general counsel.

As CEO, Impicciche has advocated for multiple causes, including access to care, gun control, lower drug costs, and tech-enabled innovation. He has represented Ascension at the Scottsdale Institute and served on the boards of the Catholic Health Association and the National Catholic Bioethics Center.
