In addition to her top roles at UPMC Health Plan, Holder is executive vice president and president of the UPMC Insurance Services Division. She previously served as CEO of UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital and founding CEO of Community Care Behavioral Health Organization. She also serves on the faculty in the University of Pittsburgh Department of Psychiatry and Pitt’s Graduate School of Public Health.
