Executive vice president and chief nursing officer,
In her role at the large Michigan health system, Grant oversees more than 10,000 nurses. She’s been at the forefront of Beaumont’s COVID-19 response as Michigan experienced multiple surges throughout the pandemic. That includes orchestrating nurse staffing for overwhelmed hospitals. COVID wasn’t Grant’s first experience dealing with a public health crisis either. She held a similar role at Emory Healthcare in 2014 when the Atlanta-based health system cared for the nation’s first four Ebola patients.
