Mary Robinson
Executive vice president and chief nursing officer, Reliable Health, Texas Health Resources
Robinson coordinated efforts across THR to advance its Reliable Health platform—a new program aimed at improving health outcomes and driving clinical standardization and best practices. That included collaborating with the chief medical officer and senior director of infection prevention to review evidence-based protocols. Robinson also led efforts during COVID-19 to set up infusion clinics to provide therapy to patients and worked with human resources and information technology departments to develop a tiered program for a staff vaccine rollout. She fostered growth of community outreach programs, including one integrating spiritual care into nursing. Under her leadership, 100 new nurses joined the program and the number of congregations working with the program grew from 108 to 235 over a year. Robinson serves as an appraiser for the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Magnet Recognition Program.
