With experience in crisis management during the Ebola outbreak and during natural disasters, Osborn was tasked by UnityPoint’s CEO to stand up and lead a system-wide incident command center when COVID-19 hit. She quickly assembled a team of clinical, supply chain, operations, and communications leaders and worked with the data team to create predictive modeling to forecast surges, among other things.
