“When the real world closes in, open the door to an expert medical opinion” was a reminder for members of 2nd.MD’s virtual second medical opinion service. The campaign tapped direct mail, e-mail, video, social posts, and a URL and phone number to increase use of the firm’s services and encourage activation of 2nd.MD accounts. It also delivered a message of hope and expert help during the COVID-19 pandemic. Member activations increased 124% while member consultations rose more than 50%.
