Campaign: Reassuring the Community through COVID-19
Ascension hoped to build consumer confidence in safe, necessary care. It elevated its clinical leaders via op-eds and interviews shared through social media, promoted virtual care via paid digital, and drove emergency department traffic via paid digital search and social media. The system’s COVID-19 website offered FAQs, video, clinician profiles and reflections from healthcare heroes. Ascension’s campaign drove a rebound in emergency and surgical volume, and facilitated millions of virtual visits.
