Northwell Health launched the Northwell Direct campaign to increase brand awareness of B2B services. A direct digital ad campaign showcased products and drove sales inquiries via three hooks: the post-COVID-19 reopening, network access and employee wellness. The campaign delivered more than 3.3 million impressions, 14,800 clicks, and 113 conversions via phone calls and sales inquiries at a cost per acquisition (CPA) of $420. Paid search drove conversions with a CPA of just $216.
