Mount Sinai Health System sought to share its medical advances with a humanity, realism, grit and optimism that fit its neighborhood and mission. The campaign featured newspaper and magazine placements, magazine spreads, local print and digital out-of-home positioned around New York City. The results: Booked appointments increased 20% and ads exceeded industry benchmarks on variables like consideration, tagline performance and personal relevance to patients. Mount Sinai outdid many of its high-profile competitors.
