Blue Cross NC transformed its “Point of Blue” blog into a major resource on COVID-19 testing, treatment and management punctuated by member stories of struggle, hope and connection. The insurer drove traffic and awareness via a paid social media campaign on Facebook and Instagram. The results: “Point of Blue” delivered close to 150 blog posts, driving more than 1.8 million page views and strong feelings of goodwill among employees, members and communities.
