2nd.MD promoted its nurses and specialists by offering donations to the American Nurses Foundation Coronavirus Fund in exchange for account activations and consultation requests. The “Cares Campaign” relied on direct mail, e-mail, a landing page and social media posts to communicate the message of five-star care. The results: A 42% jump in activations and a 22% increase in consultations. The American Nurses Foundation received a $25,000 donation on behalf of 2nd.MD’s members.
