Barrow Neurological Institute designed a patient-centric website that offers search, testimonials, advocacy and a “Tap into Our Map” feature. The website invites visitors to go on one of several journeys—from diagnosis, second opinion and surgery, to outpatient, rehab and community support. The site addresses Barrow’s mission of teaching, education and research while reinforcing its branding message: “Minding What Matters Most.” Site performance improved on multiple fronts, including pages per session, average session duration, conversion rate and goal completion.
