Under Graham’s leadership, the company launched Destination: Health. It’s part of CVS’ five-year, $100 million Building Healthier Communities pledge. Among other things, the program will connect Medicaid beneficiaries with local services. Through the Aetna Foundation, he’s worked with the National Quality Forum to develop recommendations on how to tackle the social determinants.
