Morissa Henn, 34
Community health program director, Intermountain Healthcare
Henn was a fellow at Intermountain while finishing a doctoral program at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She was named director of the Zero Suicide initiative in November 2018 before being promoted to her current role, where she supports mental well-being for 40,000-plus caregivers, as well as the broader community. Last year, she organized a task force with experts from Harvard and the Utah Department of Human Services to develop tools to help clinicians identify individuals at high risk for suicide. She also oversaw efforts to secure $2 million in funding for Live On, a public-private partnership that hopes to reduce suicide rates by 10% by 2021.
