Joyce joined Oscar in late 2019 to help with the company’s long-term growth plans. Among other things during her first few months, she led teams to improve relationships with providers, helping drive down dispute rates by 30% year-over-year and oversaw expansion of the concierge team, growing that group by 33% year-over-year. She also was instrumental in Oscar’s development of a COVID-19 risk assessment survey and one of the country’s first testing center locators.
