Henry joined Emory in 2013 as an administrative fellow and her career took off from there, moving to a senior business manager post at Emory Johns Creek, then interim vice president of human resources before taking her current role. Among her key accomplishments along the way: developing plans to reduce burnout, increase productivity and expand capacity, resulting in a 9% improvement in productivity, 18% increase in capacity and 43% growth in off-campus outpatient visits.
