Perry has direct responsibility for leading all customer engagements and relationships. As the pandemic started, she worked collaboratively with data science and product development experts to establish a community-level COVID-19 Social Susceptibility Index, as well as a COVID-19 Vulnerability Index. Both were designed to help healthcare systems, payers, and state and local governments to better understand how social determinants could further complicate coronavirus cases.
