Poul moved into her role in April 2019, after serving as executive vice president of 3M’s safety and graphics business group. She’s been with the company since 2011 and moved through the ranks rapidly. In 2016, she was named president of 3M Canada. This year, 3M was thrust into the center of the pandemic as demand for N95 respirators soared. Poul joined other company executives in March as they gave Vice President Mike Pence a tour of the 3M Innovation Center.
