UPMC Insurance Services Division developed “The Welcome” campaign to give an overview of benefits offered by the plan. The campaign included direct-mail and email, as well as a comprehensive guide for members detailing all of the benefits. It resulted in growth in members signing up for new accounts, HRAs and more.
