The Coronavirus Chronicles was designed to capture stories from frontline healthcare workers and others fighting the pandemic. Over a six month period, the chronicles led to a 54% increase in website users and 101% increase in unique page views, among other things. The chronicles also spurred users to visit other parts of the website, including more advance directives being downloaded, which was an organizational goal.
