Lifespan wanted to differentiate itself from its competitors, increase traffic to its website, and promote its clinicians as experts. The website makeover included a redesigned blog that aimed to offer visitors more compelling and up-to-date content. It resulted in pageviews growing by 385% between 2019 and 2018. The average time on page increased from 1:59 min in 2018 to 2.36 minutes in 2019. An email campaign resulted in an open rate of 25.3%.
