Gold Award for Social Media Campaign
Medicines360 was formed in 2009 to promote greater access to contraception. The company wanted to create a campaign that highlighted positive outcomes in women who have overcome access barriers. The result was the #NotAwkward: Let’s Talk About It, which encouraged women to talk with a healthcare provider about their options. The campaign was a success on social media, including 3,520,400 impressions on Twitter. The campaign’s webpage was the most visited page on Medicines360’s site and accounted for over 74% of total website page views in 2019.
