As COVID-19 hit, Geisinger sought revamp its marketing campaign. Instead of trying to drive volume, the health system wanted to assure consumers that it was safe to seek care. Geisinger used print ads, fliers, its PA Health magazine--a special COVID-19-only edition, printed both in English and Spanish—to keep people engaged.
