Walsh was named to the top job at the Bloomington, Minn.-based health system in 2017 and has been part of the senior leadership team for more than 20 years. Since taking the helm, Walsh has expanded HealthPartners' reach into the community which has resulted in adding more than 300,000 patients. Health plan membership is up 10%. And the system is expanding access to mental healthcare. Roughly 30% of HealthPartners' physician leaders are female.
