Dill joined Lifepoint in 2007 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He became president and chief operating officer in 2009. Dill became CEO in September when Bill Carpenter retired and during the merger with RCCH Healthcare. Under Dill’s leadership, Lifepoint has expanded to 89 campuses, enhanced quality and patient safety, and grew its revenue from $3 billion in 2009 to more than $8 billion in 2018. Recently, Lifepoint signed a $700 million deal with Medical Properties Trust.
