Since 2011, Broussard’s leadership has led Humana in creating care delivery models aimed at lowering costs, quality and simpler member experiences. He has led Humana in multiple acquisitions like Curo Health Services and Kindred Healthcare. Humana also partnered with Walgreens and has had conversations with Walmart last year. Humana recently announced that $3.5 billion in care costs were saved by Medicare Advantage members because they were going to the hospital less.
