Ineffective communication channels and low digital adoption was preventing BlueCare from fully engaging with its Medicaid population. BlueCare began working with Relay Network, a mobile engagement platform, to create a secure, mobile channel where HIPAA-compliant communications can take place between BlueCare and its members.
