McClure joined HealthPartners in 1994 as vice president for specialty and hospital contracting and now serves as COO. She oversees more than 1,800 physicians and 55 clinic locations. HealthPartners serves more than 1.2 million patients throughout the Twin Cities. She is also responsible for administrative leadership of HealthPartners and Park Nicollet clinics, as well as Methodist Hospital. Prior to joining HealthPartners, McClure was a deputy commissioner for labor relations and compensation for the State of Minnesota, where as a healthcare purchaser she was involved in designing the first tiered product developed by Minnesota.
